In the opening menu you have access to the following actions:
Save filters as a set (project administrator only)
If you have filters applied in the Analysis and you are a project administrator you can save your current filters as a set. Click on the "Save new set of filters" menu item to open a pop-in.
In this pop-in, you will find a mandatory text field to be able to name your set and a summary of the filters that will be included in this set.

Add a filter
To create a filter, click on the button
The following pop-up will open and ask what type of filter you want to apply
Types of fiters
Filter Period
This filter retains cases for a given Period of time.
Type de Period
Limits of this Period can be either Custom (Start time/ End time), or predefined (Current year, Previous year year, Current month, Previous month, Last 30 days of the project),
Part of the Process
Possible valuess : Start of the Process/End of the Process/All the Process duration.
Filter retains staring / ending / or complete known duration (All the Process duration) in the defined period of time.
For example, if you choose a past period, you can filter cases which started during this period (Start of the Process), or be more restrictive to retain cases which complete duration is included in this period of time (All the Process duration).
Note : "All the Process duration" refers to the known duration of the case, and doesn't presume the process is terminated. Other filters may apply for those criteria.
Filter Task
One or several tasks from the project can be selected for filtering. Only cases including or excluding those tasks will be retained.
Filter combinations
When several task values are selected (e.g: A, B), this is equivalent of a logical OR ("retain cases including task A OR task B").
If you need to filter with a logical AND, please create as many different task filters (to "retain cases including task A AND task B")
The same convention applies to all filter types.
Filter Dimension
The screenshot above corresponds to dimenstion 'ACTION'. The lits is adapted to the dimensions defined for your project, during injection of data.
Filter combinations
When several dimension values are selected (e.g: A, B), this is equivalent of a logical OR ("retain cases including dimension value A OR dimension value B").
If you need to filter with a logical AND, please create as many different dimension filters (to "retain cases including dimension value A AND dimension value B")
The same convention applies to all filter types.
Occurrences filter
This filter retains cases which contain task(s)/link(s) on a given number of occurrences. For example: all cases containing the task Choose best option at least two times (task Choose best option >= 2).
Rework filter
This filter retains cases which are being reworked (which loop a part of the process) for a given number of times. For example: all cases which loop a part of the process at least 2 times (cases with Rework >= 2).
