Informations
The information area is made up of different widgets.
This information displayed will change according to the selections of variants, links and/or tasks as well as the filters applied.
The list of widgets displayed in the information area includes:
Concurrency Rate Widget
This widget represents the concurrency rate of the selected process as a percentage.
Mean rework Widget
This widget represents the mean value of process rework. A rework being the number of times a task is done in the same process)
Distribution Widget
This widget represents the distribution of cases over time.
This is an overview of the distribution of processes over time (at the start date of each process).
Clicking on the button or on the sparkline opens the corresponding detailed time series.
This allows you to see the distribution of cases in relation to the type of duration chosen: Day, Hour, Day / Week.
It is possible to change the type of the aggregation of the duration at the top right corner!
Duration Widget
This widget represents the evolution of case duration over time (by case start date).
This is an overview of the duration of the processes over time (at the start date of each process).
Clicking on the button or the sparkline opens the corresponding time series.
This allows to see the distribution of the durations of the cases in relation to the type of duration chosen: Day, Hour, Day / Week.
It is possible to change the type of the aggregation of the duration at the top right corner!
For this widget, there is also the possibility to change the function applied to the data (by default, it is the average), for this you have to click on the drop-down list on the top left.
Events Widget
This widget represents the evolution of case events over time.
An event corresponds to an activity of the cases.
There is no possibility to change either the function applied to the data or the type of duration.
By default, it is the total of events that is chosen and day as the duration type.
Nearby tasks Widget
This widget is only visible if you have selected only one task.
This widget represents the number of previous, following and concurrent tasks of a selected task.
Clicking on the button opens the corresponding modal:
You can see the details of each category (previous, concurrent, following tasks).
For each task you can see their name, the number of occurences and the percentage of each task is taking inside its category.
Concurrent links Widget
This widget is visible if you have selected only one link and it has concurrent links.
This widget represents the concurrent links from a selected link. The widget in the first place display simply the number of concurrent links present.
Clicking on the button opens the corresponding modal:
You can then see the name of the concurrent links and for each the number of cases passing through them as well as the percentage of total cases passing through them all.
Dimension Widget
If you have added dimension type columns in addition to the mandatory columns (when processing your data), then you will have widgets for each dimension.
In our example, we added the column Role, which defines the person who performed the activity.
